The Italian Cuisine

Italian cuisine is without a doubt one of the most varied in the world. Unfortunately, the idea has grown that it's limited to pastas and pizzas, ignoring the infinite possibilities in fish, meats, deserts, cheeses and, above all, the great variety and quality of Italian wines.

At times it's a struggle to create the dishes here due to the lack of raw materials, for example the absence in local markets of certain indispensable spices and cheeses. This situation has motivated us to grow our own garden which permits us to serve fresh greens and authentic spices.
