

Who We Are
Don Piero is a Cordon Bleu gourmet who has always been passionate about high cuisine and as a result decided to spread Italian gastronomic culture here in this distant land of the Baja California Sur desert.

He brings to the restaurant years of experience in the study of Italian traditions and quality cuisine, backed faithfully by his wife Julia and his son Edoardo. They, as Piero, are ever-vigilant about the quality of the food and service. Papá Piero takes care of the kitchen and training of the staff. Julia minds the accounting. Eduardo manages the service and attends the clients.
