About Wine

An essential complement of Italian dining is the wine, characterized by its great variety and quality; the culture and regulation of wine in Italy do not permit its adulteration as with many wines produced in other parts of the world.

Selecting wines requires great care. Our wines are chosen and imported personally by Edoardo, who after careful research in Italy, has chosen wines of the desired quality, selecting different types which will combine well with a variety of foods.
